  • Target list (local businesses, corporations, foundations): Identify organizations aligned with your mission or community presence, focusing on those with a history of supporting STEM, youth, or education programs.
  • Tiered sponsorship levels: Offer structured sponsorship opportunities with defined benefits, such as recognition on marketing materials, website logos, or event mentions.
  • Outreach calendar: Plan outreach activities strategically throughout the year to align with budget cycles, team milestones, and seasonal events.

Pipeline Management
